- Order Cancellation –
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately through our official support email or Instagram before your order is shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled under any circumstances.
- Cancellation By Little Layers –
Little Layers reserves the right to cancel any order before dispatch under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
* Product unavailability
* Incorrect pricing or product information
* Payment verification failure
* Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions
* Technical or operational issues beyond our control
In such cases, if payment has already been received, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund for Cancellation Orders –
If an order is cancelled by Little Layers before dispatch after successful payment, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
If a customer successfully cancels an order before dispatch, the applicable refund will also be processed to the original payment method.
Approved refunds for cancelled orders are generally processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.
