Return & Refund Policy
At Little Layers, we want you to have a great shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.
- Return Eligibility –
Returns or refund requests must be raised within 48 hours of the order being delivered.
To be eligible for a return or refund:
* The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
* All original packaging, tags, pouches, and accessories must be returned.
* The product must not show any signs of use, scratches, damage, perfume, makeup stains, water exposure, or tampering.
* A valid Order ID or proof of purchase is required.
* An uncut unboxing video recorded from the beginning of opening the package is mandatory for claims related to damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect products. Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items –
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
* Earrings (for hygiene reasons), unless the product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect.
* Customized or personalized Jewellery.
* Products purchased during clearance sale or marked as non-returnable.
* Products that have been used, worn, damaged, altered, or are not returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products –
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify Little Layers within 48 hours of delivery.
To raise a claim, please share:
* Your Order ID
* Clear photos of the product
* Clear photos of the packaging
* An uncut unboxing video recorded from the beginning of opening the package
After verification, if the claim is found to be genuine, Little Layers will, at its sole discretion, offer a replacement or process a refund to the original payment method.
Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery or without the required proof may not be accepted.
- Refund Process –
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you whether your return and refund request has been approved or rejected.
If approved:
* The refund will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order.
* Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
* Depending on your bank or payment service provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the refund is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by Little Layers.
No Refunds for Change of Mind
Little Layers does not offer returns or refunds in the following cases:
* Change of mind after receiving the product.
* Personal preference or dislike of the product.
* Incorrect product selection by the customer.
* Color, size, or design expectations based on individual preference.
* Delay caused due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
We encourage customers to carefully read the product description, review all product images, and verify the product details before placing an order.
- Return Shipping Charges –
If a return is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by Little Layers, we will bear the return shipping charges.
If a return request is made for any other eligible reason, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges, unless otherwise specified by Little Layers.
- Cancellation Policy –
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
If Little Layers cancels an order due to product unavailability, payment verification issues, pricing errors, or any unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be processed to the original payment method.
Refunds for approved cancellations are generally processed within 5–7 business days.
